DESCRIPTIONNew build three storey facility consisiting of a 50 bedroom Care Facility and
69 Extra Care Apartments (119 units in total).
The project was one building but split into two, with two dedicated plant rooms.
The care home consisted of underfloor heating throughout and a mixture
of local and heat recovery ventilation.
Within the Extra Care Facility it was heated with a central communal area underfloor heating with the Apartments serviced via Heat Interface Units. Larewood provided the design of all sanitary products throughout the establishment.
