DESCRIPTIONNew build three storey head quarters in Wrexham for Moneypenny to
BREEAM Very Good standards.
The project consisted of the design, supply and installation a Mixed Mode ventilation system, Ground Source Heat Pump serving underfloor heating to three storey atrium area, Rain water harvesting system serving grey water to WC's, VRF together with roof mounted Air Handling Units servicing office space.
High efficient LED LG7 lighting, L1 Fire Alarm, Data, CCTV and door
access systems. Smoke ventilation and gas suppression systems.
The project was awarded runner up in the BCO awards.

Larewood have an excellent site manager on site at all times who gets on well with my site managers.
Any issues on site are relayed back to my team and between them resolved swiftly. Health & Safety is very good and they carry out tidy up daily.
Also they put in the hours in, where they are last to leave every day.”
