The project consisted of the design, supply and installation of centralised plant serving heat interface units to each apartment, which in turn had low surface tempeature radiators, hot and cold water services, plumbing and DMEV ventilation.
The communal areas consisted of centralised hot water plant, air conditionining, heat recovery ventilation and all sanitary and drainage.
