The project consisted of the design, supply and installation for both
CAT A and CAT B of bespoke chilled beam radiant ceiling panels with integral LED lighting, displacement ventilation system, underfloor heating, roof mounted chiller and chilled water distribution to all floors, gas fired LPHW heating plant, and roof mounted Air Handling Units servicing office space.
High efficient LED LG7 lighting, L1 Fire Alarm, Data, CCTV and door
access systems. The project was awarded numerous awards.
